Shipping charges. All online orders under the value of £30 have a postage charge of £2.99 added to the total. All online orders over £30 are postage free to uk mainland only, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands will incur a further charge dependant on on item. This rule does not stand for the discounted genuine sale parts, has to currently order these items you have to ring to order and have already been heavily discounted. Prices are valid for seven working days.
Where possible we will send everything out the same working day (working days are classed as Monday to Friday). All goods will be despatched by Royal Mail, in the event of goods being to bulky to despatch by Royal Mail we will contact you by email to arrange alternate shipping arrangements.
We abide by credit card rules and can only ship goods to the credit card address.
Colours. The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the web site due to limitations of browser software and monitors.
Cancellation. Customers have an unconditional seven working day cancellation period. Cancellation requests must be made in writing within this period by letter, fax or e-mail. A telephone call is not enough. Our contact details can be found in the contact us button above. Refunds will be made within 30 days of the cancellation date.
Returns. You may return any item to us for any reason within seven working days. Returns will only be accepted with a valid returns reference. Should you wish to return any item for a refund, please make sure you return it by a secure recorded delivery method. All goods must be in there original packaging, undamaged and fit for resale. All refunds will be made withing 30 days of receipt of the returned items.
In all cases a return reference is needed before you send anything back to us. To obtain a reference just email us (returns@cradleykawasaki.co.uk) with your reason for return or give us a ring on 01384 633455. Goods only with a valid return reference marked on the outer packaging will be accepted.
Consumer Rights. None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
Security of This Site. All Payment's go via Paypal, a secure and well respected means of purchasing items on the internet.
