POSTED: 25/08/2023

Read a snapshot of what you can expect to see at Motorcycle Live 2023 when the hugely-anticipated biking event kicks off later this year.

The roar of the engine, the dazzle of chrome, the unmistakable spirit of freedom. All this and more promises to be in spades at one of the UK's premier motorcycle events, Motorcycle Live, which makes its highly-anticipated comeback. Located at NEC Birmingham, from 18th to 26th November, Motorcycle Live promises to put you right in the beating heart of the motorcycle world.

Here is a snapshot of what you can expect to see when the event kicks off later this year.

Show-Stopping Manufacturers

From the sleek designs of Ducati’s camp and the pedigree of BMW Motorrad to the innovation from team Honda, a line-up of world-renowned manufacturers is set to impress. Yet, the spotlight this year will shine particularly bright on Kawasaki. Their continued dedication to design, performance and sheer power will make it the belle of the ball in the eyes of attendees.

Test Ride Zone

Have you ever dreamt of test-riding the latest state-of-the-art motorbikes all in one place? Motorcycle Live is your chance. With top-notch safety equipment and a dedicated technician by your side, the Test Ride Zone is the ultimate way to test drive a smorgasbord of the motorbikes of your dreams out on the roads

Experience Adventure

For those with an adventurous spirit, the adventure bike skills course offers a glimpse into the wild side of motorcycling. Supported by big names like Ducati, Honda, and Yamaha, riders can get a taste of more rough-and-ready biking, tackling dunes and mud with the guidance of professionals. Not to be left out, beginners and kids have their fair share of fun too, with events like the MCIA TryRIDE and the Kiddimoto Balance Bike Experience.

Electric Test Ride Zone

As the world pivots to sustainable fuel sources, electric motorcycles are sparking both celebration and scepticism. Debuted in 2021, the Electric Test Ride Zone returns to the 2023 edition in Hall 2 to give enthusiasts an electrifying introduction and perhaps convert some nay-sayers in the process.

British Superbikes (BSB)

Scheduled for 19th November, details are being kept close to the chest for now. However, if last year's roster featuring talents like Brad Ray and Leon Haslam is anything to go by, it promises to be a thrilling showcase for British Superbikes.

Classic Feature

Presented by the National Motorcycle Museum, the Classic Feature takes a journey through time with over 1,000 machines, spanning 170 manufacturers and three centuries of motorcycling history. Spread across five exhibition halls, it's a treasure trove for both enthusiasts and historians alike.

Motorcycle Live stands as a testament to the undying spirit of the biking community. So, mark your calendars and prepare for a full-throttle experience.
